Do I need a website?
No. Pingsold is built for sellers who sell through Instagram and WhatsApp. Buyers order from a link you share in the chat, with no app or account.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?
Yes. Pingsold connects through Meta's official Cloud API with coexistence, so you keep your number and your app.
Is the AI allowed on WhatsApp?
Yes. Pingsold's assistant only handles your store's tasks (catalog, orders, delivery), which is exactly what Meta's 2026 policy permits. Anything tricky goes straight to you.
What do I need to get started?
A GST, Udyam or Shop & Establishment document, your WhatsApp Business number, a UPI ID or Razorpay account, your delivery and return rules, and your first 10 products with photos. Instagram is optional. Connecting channels takes minutes; adding products is the main job before you go live.
