What is Domain Rating?

Domain Rating (DR) is Ahrefs' score, from 0 to 100, of how strong a website's backlink profile is compared with every other site in their index. It's logarithmic: going from 10 to 20 is far easier than from 60 to 70. A brand-new site starts near 0.

How to raise it

Earn links from sites that already have a good DR: articles, interviews, comparisons and tools people cite.
List your startup where links are followed. Where to launch your startup compares the directories worth your time.
Links from many different sites count for more than many links from one site.
